Silliman Produces 10 New Nurses, Clinches 100% Passing Average Anew

Ten graduates from the College of Nursing will soon be registered nurses after passing the licensure exam given by the Professional Regulation Commission last November.

Silliman also clinched another 100% passing average, higher than the national passing average of 47.73%.

Last June, Silliman also obtained a 100% passing average in the Nurse Licensure Exam given that month, with Jodi Marian Dagudag among the exam’s topnotchers.

Silliman is a Center of Excellence in Nursing Education. It also holds the same high distinction from the Commission on Higher Education for two other disciplines: Teacher Education and Information Technology Education. The University is also a CHED Center of Development in Biology, Marine Biology and Medical Technology.
