Location

The college is housed in the Cornelio T. Villareal Hall, along Hibbard Avenue near the downtown area of Dumaguete City, on the idyllic Silliman campus. It has spacious and air-conditioned classrooms, a comfortable moot court, and convenient student and faculty lounges.

The Law Library, which has received from the Supreme Court of the Philippines the Model Centennial Law Library Award, is located on the second floor of Villareal Hall, adjoining the classrooms and readily accessible to all students and faculty. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with computer workstations connected to the Internet and the LEX LIBRES electronic law database system.

The building that houses the College is named after the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Cornelio T. Villareal, a Silliman pre-law alumnus, who was responsible for soliciting most of the funds for its construction.
