YOUR HELP MATTERS

YOUR HELP MATTERS

BAYANIHAN is the keyword for the day. UNITY is another.

A lot of people have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Outsourced personnel, stranded students, our frontliners, and the entire community have been compromised due the lockdown or the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). They need our help.

Silliman University has started distributing five kilos of rice and canned goods to each of the outsourced personnel. The University has also been supporting the stranded students with food, hygiene kits, and housing at a minimal cost since March. Face masks, face shields, alcohol and hand sanitizers have been made and distributed to the frontliners in the province. But we can do more.

To sustain these efforts, the University is now making this call for your donations and partnerships to help provide further the basic food necessities for these compromised sectors. We are enjoining our students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to join together in this endeavor as we unify in fighting this pandemic. We shall rise together.
