Announcement: Submission of original admission requirements has been extended until the end of the 1st Semester, SY 2022-2023 except for the medical certificate.

Only applicants who have successfully submitted their medical certificate can be officially enrolled and attend classes.

Medical certificates must be submitted at the drop box placed at the main entrance of Hibbard Hall for hardcopies; or submitted via email through [email protected] or [email protected] for softcopies.
