Eiffel Excellence Scholarships for PhD and Master’s Degrees- France 
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is awarded to two types of studies:
  • Masters level, for a duration between 12 and 36 months;
  • Doctorate or PhD level, for research periods in France of up to 12 months, as part of a cotutelle or joint doctoral thesis supervision (preferably in 2nd year of PhD).
Eiffel scholarships are available in four main fields:
  • Law studies;
  • Economics and management;
  • Engineering sciences at master’s level, Science in a broad sense at PhD level (engineering sciences; exact sciences: mathematics, physics, chemistry and life sciences, nano and biotechnology, earth sciences, sciences of the universe, environmental sciences, information and communication science and technology);
  • Political sciences.
  • Eligibility: All nationalities except French. Applicants must be no more than 30 years old for masters, 35 years old for PhD.
  • Note that applications must be submitted by the French higher education institutions.
  • Deadline: 11 January 2019
AIAS-COFUND fellowships
AIAS has up to 15 AIAS-COFUND fellowships available for the most talented researchers from around the world and within all research disciplines and topics. The scheme is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (grant agreement no 754513) and Aarhus University Research Foundation.
Two types of AIAS-COFUND II Fellowships
AIAS-COFUND Junior Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers with a career experience of 2-10 years. Duration from 12-36 months.
AIAS-COFUND Senior Fellowships for researchers with a career experience of 10+ years. Duration from 6-18 months.

14 PhD positions within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN “Logic Lab”
Successful candidates will be incorporated in a multidisciplinary and international research team. Each PhD student will be hosted in a beneficiary institution and will receive additional training during secondments at the industrial and other academic partners’ facilities. H.C. Ørsted COFUND programme – Denmark
The Programme enables candidates from all over the world to carry out curiosity-driven, bottom-up research projects within all branches of engineering science at the Technological University of Denmark.
With this call Technical University of Denmark (DTU) invites highly talented experienced researchers who have achieved outstanding results in their research while demonstrating excellence and potential in their field to apply for one of the 22 fellowships under the international H.C. Ørsted Postdoc COFUND Programme, co-funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
The Programme enables candidates from all over the world to carry out curiosity-driven, bottom-up research projects within all branches of engineering science at DTU. It will contribute to the researchers’ career development while broadening and deepening their individual competencies by exposing them to an international and multidisciplinary environment. The Programme is co-funded by EU’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.

The international Doctoral Training in Mathematical Sciences in Paris – MathInParis – Cofunded by Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions offers 40 PhD fellowships within the framework of the European Horizon 2020 program “Marie Sklodowska-Curie Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programmes”.

International PhD Fellowships Programme Centre for Genomic Regulation

We are recruiting within the CRG International PhD Fellowships Programme, highly talented and motivated students, with backgrounds in biological or biomedical sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics and/or computer science.
Fellows will benefit from an exciting international scientific environment and an integrated training programme, including access to state of the art infrastructure, lectures and seminars, specialised scientific and technological courses, complementary skills training and career development activities, phd symposia and retreats, as well as social activities.
Successful candidates will join research groups with top-level scientists and will carry out their research in one of the following scientific fields:
Bioinformatics, Genomics and Population Genomics, including methods and technology development, data integration, systems modelling and deep learning in the areas of genomics, proteomics, image bioinformatics, single-cell omics, and high throughput functional screens.
Medical Genomics, including clinical and statistical genetics, medical and single cell genomics, molecular mechanisms of disease and disease heterogeneity, and evolutionary medicine.
Systems Biology and Genomics, including systems neurobiology, quantitative cell biology, cellular dynamics, algorithms, methods and technology development, data integration and visualization, imaging, synthetic biology, deep learning applied to biology and human health, and single cell biology.
Cell Biology, mechanistic and novel approaches to understand the process of cell compartmentation, division, growth, and tissue organization.
Cellular Decision Making and Interactions, including stem cell biology, host-microbiome interactions, differentiation and disease, evolution, and immunology.

Call for Applications: Young Leaders Access Program (fully-funded)
MCW Global’s year-long flagship program is for participants (18 to 26), who are prepared to become leaders of positive change in their communities by giving them the tools and skills needed to transform passion into action.
To be eligible for the program, Young Leaders should:
-Demonstrate commitment to their community
-Identify an issue in their community to address
-Be between the ages of 18-26
-Be fluent in written and spoken English
-Commit to attending the 10-day retreat and spending the following year aiming to execute their community project
-Be eligible for appropriate visa and travel documentation
-Have access to email and Internet to allow for consistent communication with the MCW Global Team and Young Leaders Program alumni-mentor for the duration of the year-long program
-Adhere to Young Leaders Access Program graduation guidelines (to be provided upon acceptance to the program)
-Submit a completed application on or before January 2, 2019
PROGRAM COSTS
In an effort to make the program accessible to all participants, MCW Global will cover program and flight costs.
MCW Global will also cover costs during the summer retreat (July 23- August 1, 2019), including housing, food, travel to and from the retreat venues, and any necessary supplies.
MCW Global requires all participants to pay for on the ground costs, including passport, visa, and in-country ground transportation fees.
ANNOUNCEMENT: HIRING OF GIP TRAINEES
(for batch of January – March 2019)
The acceptance of application for Government Internship Program (GIP) will start on December 4 up to December 8, 2018. This will be the first batch of GIP for the FY 2019.
The applicants must be 18 – 25 years old and should not be previous beneficiaries of the program from NYC or other GIP implementing government agencies.
The applicants who will be accepted will be assigned at the NYC head office located at 3rd Floor, West Insula Building, 135 West Avenue corner EDSA, Quezon City.

Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 30 years old from developing countries at master’s level, and applicants up to 35 years old from developing and industrialized countries at PhD level.
