The Silliman University Finance Division is hiring a full-time Finance System Analyst.
Job Purpose:
Leads the development, administration, maintenance, and support of the Finance Division's information systems, including Oracle/Oracle NetSuite, ensuring that systems effectively support Finance Division's operations, internal controls, data integrity, and timely financial information.
Job Qualifications:
Education
- substantial IT/Systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or another related field may also be considered, particularly because this is a Finance Division position
Experience
- Systems analysis and development
- Application/system administration
- ERP support, preferably Oracle/Oracle NetSuite
- Business process automation
- User/system support
- Software testing and troubleshooting
Analytical and Technical Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to analyze business processes, system requirements, data, and system issues
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using Google Apps Script, SQL, or similar development/automation tools
