Alumni Update March 30 – April 5, 2020

The Silliman Alumni Association, Inc. (SAAI) Dumaguete Chapter donates 72,000.00 pesos to help augment the food needs of 40 Silliman University student dormitory residents, stranded in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. This shall cover for the period April 4 – 12, 2020 when the Cafeteria will be closed. A skeletal workforce will be set in place for the specified period to ensure the food preparation for the dormitory students are met. SU Dean of the Office of Student Services (OSS), Dr. Edna Gladys T. Calingacion has expressed her deep appreciation to the Dumaguete Alumni Chapters’ assistance for the students. SAAI Dumaguete Chapter President Gladys R. Malayang invites fellow alumni to share their blessings and help our stranded students on campus.
