Grade 4 Pupil Advances to Int'l Math Tournament in Hong Kong

A fourth grader from the Elementary Department made it to the Philippine team for an international mathematics tournament in Hong Kong on July 18 to 22.

Carlos Miguel Angelo Salazar advances into the Chong Hua Cup: Creative Mathematics Competition and Search for the Star of the Math Olympic after he succeeded in a series of competitions at both regional and national levels.

Last year, Salazar also represented the country in the Asia Math Cup in Hong Kong where he bagged bronze.
