Kabataan Partylist Representative Apologizes to Silliman

Kabataan Partylist Rep. Raymond Palatino has sent a letter of apology to Silliman University after the University publicly condemned its inclusion in his list of higher education institutions that allegedly charge “bizarre” and “unfathomable” fees through the “Stones and Pebbles Fee.”
