Statement on the Sept. 2 Davao City Bombing

“The explosion in Davao is still being investigated if it was an accident or a terrorist act.  But this early on, many of us in Silliman are sad over the loss of lives and injury of many.  Life is precious, it being the breath of God.  We join our country in prayers.”
