Flag at Half-Mast

The Philippine flag at the East Quadrangle has been placed at half-mast as the University mourns with the Province of Negros Oriental over the passing away of Gov. Agustin Ramon ?Tuting? Perdices. The Governor died of stomach cancer on January 5.
