ADVISORY 4 (12/4/12 - 8AM): NegOr Under Signal No. 3

PAGASA has placed Negros Oriental under Signal No. 3 at 5AM today. 

Present tracking indicates that the eye of the storm will hit the southern part of Dumaguete City. It is expected to hit the area either early afternoon or late evening today. This may change, and we encourage everyone to continue monitoring for updates. 

No classes across ALL levels and office work. 

Our colleagues at critical units like the Buildings and Grounds, Public Assistance and Safety Office and Food Services Department are advised to coordinate with their respective superiors for scheduling of work.
