Women CEOs visit SU for International Women’s Month
Silliman University (SU) and the Filipina CEO Circle jointly held “TrailblazeHERs” forum March 21 at the American Studies Resource Center, SU Main Library, in celebration of International Women’s Month. The forum gathered five corporate leaders to share their experiences and practices in their respective fields and how they broke the glass ceiling as women in male-dominated industries.
The event featured Sharon Dayoan, chairman and CEO of KPMG in the Philippines; Noemi Azura, president and CEO of Insular Health Care; Susan Dimacali, CEO of ASPAC Creative Communications; Nabbie Alejo, managing director of Alpha Primus Advisors; and Racquel Cagurangan, general manager of Aventus Medical Care.
Students, members of the Higala International Students from Around the World, members of women’s organization Sulong Uswag Babaye Association (SUBA), corporate women, and other members of the SU community attended the event.
