he Silliman University (SU) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Division has rolled out its newest platform, the ICT Division HelpDesk, to address issues and concerns from students, faculty, and staff surrounding its services.

Beginning today, all issues related to the use of MySilliman (e.g., technical glitches), SU email accounts (e.g., forgot password), or SU Google storage (e.g., retrieval of files) must be directed to this link below: https://icthelpdesk.su.edu.ph/.

The ICT Division HelpDesk is an online platform that streamlines all ICT-related concerns and turns them into email “tickets” for immediate resolution, with a turnaround time of 24-48 hours.
