Silliman University releases statement on SOLE Decision

The University respects and recognizes the Decision, dated 5 June 2025 and issued by the Honorable Secretary of Labor and Employment, on the labor dispute involving the midterm negotiation of the 2021-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CB).

At this point, what remains is the faithful implementation of the Decision, not its reinterpretation or expansion beyond its plain meaning.

The University is fully committed to implementing its terms, and we call on all parties to honor the Decision and carry out its terms faithfully, ensuring fairness and unity within the Silliman community.
