The Silliman University (SU) Office of Registration and Records Management (ORRM) is hiring a full-time office assistant.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience in an academic or office setting
- Experience in records management, document processing, or liaison work with government/regulatory agencies is an advantage
- Familiarity with university enrollment, graduation, or registrar-related operations is a plus
