Two (2) Full-time Supervising Engineers – Facilities Management and Administrative Services Division

Oversees facilities engineering operations across campus (may include off-main campus properties), including preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities reliability, and delivery of major capital and renovation projects.

Leads planning, scoping, scheduling, and quality assurance of engineering works; supervises maintenance teams and contractors; supports budgeting and procurement; and ensures compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and University standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline with PRC License.
  • Relevant experience in facilities/plant operations, building maintenance, and/or construction/project supervision, including demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance planning, and contractor management.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
  • Training and Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., BOSH) and/or fire safety; familiarity with permitting and inspection processes is preferred.
  • Project management training/certification (e.g., PM fundamentals) is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable on AutoCAD and Project Cost Estimates.
