The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research is hiring a full-time Academic Compliance and Administrative Support Staff who will assist the Office in ensuring institutional compliance with CHED policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance initiatives.
The position supports the monitoring and dissemination of CHED memoranda, advisories, and institutional issuances, and assists in coordinating compliance-related activities across academic and administrative units.
The staff also provides technical and administrative support in digitization initiatives, electronic records organization, data management, report preparation, and office operations to enhance institutional efficiency, communication, and regulatory responsiveness.
Job Qualifications:
- At least a master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Education, Public Administration, Law, Policy Studies, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, writing, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Good computer, technical, and digital management skills.
- Familiarity with CHED policies, accreditation processes, and quality assurance systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional confidentiality.
