SU produces 96 newly licensed medical technologists

Silliman University posted a 96.97% overall passing rate in the August 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE), well above the 74.62% national passing rate. SU also recorded a 96.91% passing rate among first-time takers.

The University ranked 5th among the Top-Performing Schools in the category for schools with 50 or more examinees and a passing rate of at least 90%.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 4,204 out of 5,634 examinees nationwide passed the examination.
