ADVISORY 6 #RubyPH: Reassessing Preparations

Silliman is reassessing this morning its preparations for typhoon Ruby, following recent projections on the slight weakening of the typhoon and its track moving farther away from Negros Oriental. Final announcement on this will be issued early this afternoon.
