ROTC Corps Commander Named AFP Cadet of the Year

The Corps Commander of the Silliman University Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Unit was named ROTC Cadet of the Year by the Armed Forces of the Philippines. 

Gabriel Paulo C. Orosco received the award from Philippine President Benigno Simeon Aquino III last December 20, 2013 at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.

Orosco is a junior Medical Technology major.

His award complements another distinction that the SU-ROTC Unit also recently achieved. Last year, the Unit was adjudged Champion for Region 7 in the Regional Annual Administrative Performance Evaluation.
