Accountancy students to represent Region 7 in national competition
Francine Alyssa Galicia and Jude Sanchez, both third-year Accountancy students at Silliman University, will be representing Region VII in the nationwide qualifying round of the 22nd Search for Outstanding Accounting Student of the Philippines (SOASP).

SOASP announced that Galicia and Sanchez made it to the list of top 4 participants for Region VII last January 22, 2021.
Organized by P&A Foundation Inc., the Philippine Institute of Certified Accountants, and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry, SOASP is an annual nationwide competition for accountancy students that aims to recognize student excellence through a series of written and oral examinations.
The competition will conclude in April 2021.
