Alumni Update January 10 – 16, 2022
Silliman alumnus, Ms. Jessica Rosete (BS Psychology, 2000), recently turned over a check of 50,000.00 pesos to help fund the Professor Emeritus Evangelina N. Bokingo Memorial Scholarship. Being a recipient of the generosity of the Bokingo family during High School and College, she has been constantly giving back to her alma mater by allocating funds for the Professor Emeritus Evangelina N. Bokingo Memorial Scholarship.
Jessica is a successful entrepreneur and runs a domestic freight service and trucking business in Tondo, Manila (JPL Cargo Freight Services) and has a multilevel marketing/networking and direct selling business operation in Dumaguete City (JPL Distributor Food Supply Trading/IAMWORLDWIDE Business Center).
Jessica, a working student in her high school and college days, hopes to inspire in a little way, former SU working students who fought poverty and have come out victorious to give back to Silliman.
Silliman University Alumni and External Affairs Director, Mr. Ruben N. Bokingo, receives from Ms. Jessica Rosete, her donation to the Professor Emeritus Evangelina N. Bokingo Scholarship, in a simple turnover last December 14, 2021 at the JPL Distributor Food Supply Trading/IAMWORLDWIDE Business Center, Hassaram Building, East Rovira Drive, Bantayan, Dumaguete City.
