ADVISORY 5 (12/4/12 – 3PM): Dgte Down to Signal No. 2

Per information from the Philippine Information Agency, PAGASA has downgraded Negros Oriental (except the southern part [Siaton, Bayawn]) to Signal No. 2.  Typhoon Pablo is expected to move southwest of Siaton by 10 tonight.

PAGASA has placed Negros Oriental under Signal No. 3 at 5AM today.  Present tracking indicates that the eye of the storm will hit the southern part of Dumaguete City.
