A. PRE-ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a STEM or STEAM graduate from Senior High School
2. Must have an average of 85 and above, with no subject grade below 85%
B. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Please submit a copy of your Grade 11 and Grade 12 report cards at the Pharmacy office in the New Academic building rm. 201 OR e-mail at [email protected].
