Hon. Ramon Antonio de Asis Ruperto to speak at Honors Day Convocation

Hon. Ramon Antonio de Asis Ruperto is the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court of Sibulan, Negros Oriental, serving since December 2019. A proud true red, Judge Ruperto’s educational journey at Silliman University (SU) spans from Early Childhood Education to Law School, marked by consistent academic excellence. He graduated as class valedictorian in both elementary and high school and earned cum laude honors in his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (2004) and Bachelor of Laws (now Juris Doctor, 2010). Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011, he has since distinguished himself not only as a judge but also as an educator, holding various teaching positions at SU. Judge Ruperto remains actively engaged in civic life through organizations such as the Rotary Club of Dumaguete North. His dedication to the legal profession and his alma mater is further reflected in his leadership roles within the Silliman University Law Alumni Association (SULAW) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Negros Oriental Chapter.
