The Silliman University (SU) Office of Student Services (OSS) – Guidance and Testing Division (GTD) is hiring two (2) full-time guidance counselors.
Job Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Guidance Counselor or Registered Psychologist
- Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling or Psychology
Responsibilities:
- Perform counseling, address programs on, and provide professional support for mental health concerns
- Develop and evaluate guidance programs
- Mentor and train Career Advocates
- Ensure compliance with RA 12080 standards
- Serve as the primary authority on student counseling cases
