PhilSys institutional registration and survey
Pursuant to Republic Act 11055 referred to as The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) which aims to establish a single identification system for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens in the country, the PhilSys Registration Team will conduct institutional registration and survey on the following dates and locations:
SU Early Childhood Students and Faculty/Staff- Monday to Friday (Jan. 22-26, 2024), @ 9:00am – 12:00noon & 1:00pm – 5:00pm, ECS Campus
SU Elementary School Students and Faculty/Staff – Wednesday to Friday (Jan. 24-26, 2024), @ 9:00am – 12:00noon & 1:00pm – 5:00pm, SUES Campus
SU Junior HS Students and Faculty/Staff – Friday (January 26, 2024), @ 9:00am – 12:00noon & 1:00pm – 5:00pm, JHS Campus
SU Senior HS Students and Faculty/Staff – Monday to Friday (Feb. 12-16, 2024) @ 9:00am – 12:00noon & 1:00pm – 5:00pm
This is to cater to Filipino citizens who still need to register with PhilSys and to check who are yet to receive their PhilIDs.
The services they can provide during the said activity are as follows:
- PhilSys/National ID Registration (captures biometric and demographic information)
- ePhilID (electronic PhilID/Printable National ID) issuance
- PhilID tracking inquiries
- Replacement of damaged/defected PhilIDs (peeled off front facing photograph)
- Retrieval of Missing TRN (Transaction Reference Number)
