School of Basic Education (SBE) – Early Childhood School (ECS) is now accepting online applications for Kindergarten Applicants to start in July

The Silliman University (SU) School of Basic Education (SBE) – Early Childhood School (ECS) is now accepting online applications for Kindergarten Applicants to start in July.

Please take note of these important dates:

  • Online Application: March 1-June 20, 2025
  • Online Registration/Enrollment: June 2-20, 2025
  • Start of Classes: July 1, 2025

A. For New Kinder 1 and Kinder 2 Applicants:

1. A child must be four (4) years old for Kinder 1 and five (5) years old for Kinder 2 by August 31 of the current school year.
2. Log in to https://my.su.edu.ph/public/sbeadmission.php and fill out the application form.
3. Upload requirements (NSO/PSA Birth Certificate and 2×2 Recent Picture of the child).
4. Pay the entrance assessment fee at the Business and Finance Office and submit the official receipt with the original NSO/PSA birth certificate and 2×2 picture of the child at the Early Childhood School Office.
5. Wait for the evaluation and processing of your application.
6. Once you receive an email notification that your application is approved, you may pay the required down payment at the SU Business and Finance Office (420 1901 loc 203) or any accredited bank. Please click this link: https://su.edu.ph/costs/estimated-tuition-fees/ for our estimated tuition and fees.
7. Log in to the MySilliman Account of your child https://my.su.edu.ph/login.php and select your preferred payment scheme in your MySilliman account.
8. Click the “Enrollment” button and click the “Apply for enrollment” button to apply for enrollment.
9. Click the Class Schedule (AM or PM) that you prefer.

B. For Continuing Pupils (Incoming Kinder 2):

1. Pay the required down payment at the SU Business and Finance Office (420-1901 local 203) or any accredited bank. Please click this link: https://su.edu.ph/costs/estimated-tuition-fees/ for our estimated tuition and fees.
2. Log in to your MySilliman account: https://my.su.edu.ph/mysilliman/login.php.
3. Select your preferred payment scheme.
4. Click the “Enrollment” button and click the “Apply for enrollment” button to apply for enrollment.
5. Click the Class Schedule (AM or PM) that you prefer.

C. For Continuing Pupils (Incoming Grade 1 from Early Childhood School):

1. Log in to your MySilliman account: https://my.su.edu.ph
2. Click the “Go to promotion page” button.
3. Submit the original Progress report Card (Form 138) at the SU Elementary School Office.
4. Input your active Gmail address.
5. Once you receive an email that the promotion request for Elementary School has been approved, you may pay the required down payment at the Business and Finance Office (420-1901 local 203) or any accredited bank (listed at https://su.edu.ph/costs/payment/).
6. Select your preferred payment scheme in your MySilliman account.
7. Click the “Enrollment” tile and click the “Apply for enrollment” button to apply for enrollment.
8. Wait for your section and schedule to be posted in your MySilliman account.
