Silliman University (SU) is proud and honored to have Suzanne Antoniette Lu-Bascara as our Guest Speaker for the 66th Annual Honors Day Convocation!

Suzanne Antoniette Lu-Bascara was educated as an accounting major at SU and placed 16th in the CPA Board Exams. However, after six years as an auditor and a banker, she decided on a major career shift and moved to the IT industry.

She started as a systems consultant and eventually became a project manager for a multinational banking software company. In 2004, she returned home to Dumaguete to set up the very first Business Process Outsourcing Company in Negros Oriental.

She has a Master’s Degree in Business from the Ateneo Graduate School and has a Black Belt in Six Sigma. She is currently the Associate Vice President and Site Director of Inspiro Relia, Inc. and Infocom Technologies, Inc. For the past seven years, she has been actively serving the IT-BPM community as President of the ICT Association of Dumaguete and Negros Oriental.

She is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration at Silliman University.
