If you have not yet secured your vehicle sticker, visit the Campus Security and Safety Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Accomplish the form, which is available at the Campus Security and Safety Office (CSSO) and bring the following:

a. Photocopy of valid Certificate of Registration (CR) and the Official Receipt (OR) of the vehicle/s in the name of the applicant/registrant. (For newly purchased brand new or 2nd hand vehicles awaiting the release of the CR/OR by the LTO, submit a certificate of purchase/ownership from the car dealer or deed of sale from the vendor.)
b. Photocopy of the registrant’s valid driver’s license.

2. Please bring the vehicle/s and park it/them in front of the CSSO to enable the assigned personnel to place/apply the Vehicle/Gate Pass sticker on the vehicle (upper right of the passenger side and back part for four-wheeled vehicle and front & back part for motorcycles).

3. Pay the Sticker Registration Fee at the CSSO (SU Official Receipt shall be issued):

a. Vehicle Pass (with parking privileges)

i. Php 5,000.00 for four-wheeled vehicles
ii. Php 1,000.00 for two-wheeled vehicles

b. Gate Pass (entry only; no parking privileges)

i. Php 1,000.00 for four-wheeled vehicles
ii. Php 500.00 for two-wheeled vehicles.

Notes:
Administrators, faculty, and staff are entitled to one free vehicle pass for either a four-wheeled vehicle or a two-wheeled vehicle registered under their name. Additional vehicle sticker may be availed of at a regular rate.

The Vehicle/Gate Pass allows access only to the main gates (regular hours) and other gates (one-way periods).

Aside from the above requirements students, parents, and guardians should bring a picture of their or their son’s/daughter’s/ward’s VALIDATED SCHOOL ID or any document certifying that s/he is enrolled in the 2nd semester of this school year.
