SU IRS hosts Craniovestibular Workshop for physical therapists

The Silliman University (SU) Institute of Rehabilitative Sciences (IRS) hosted a two-day competency-based course on craniovestibular rehabilitation on August 15–16, 2025, at the Angelo King Building.

The workshop brought together 24 licensed physical therapists from across the Philippines, many with primary specializations in manual therapy and orthopedics.

Participants engaged in advanced training on vestibular rehabilitation, as well as the management of post-concussion cases and cervicogenic headaches.

Through a combination of lectures, hands-on workshops, case presentations, and pre- and post-assessments, the program ensured both theoretical and practical learning.

Post-event evaluations revealed high levels of participant satisfaction, underscoring the success of the training in enhancing professional competencies.
