SU partners with German university in 4th International Service Management Congress

Silliman University (SU), through its Silliman Online University Learning (SOUL) Office headed by Dr. Dave E. Marcial, partnered with Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Germany in hosting the 4th International Service Management Congress, November 10-12, 2020.

The online conference, held through the video conferencing platform Zoom, includes academic workshops and international lectures on the topic “Digital Trust & Intuition at the Workplace.”

Asst. Prof. Joy Dy, College of Computer Studies dean, and Asst. Prof. Alfie Arcelo, SOUL Office Information and Quality support, talked about “Measuring Trust in Information Technology in the Workplace” as conference speakers.

Dr. Marcial served as a co-leader for the conference, representing SU as the SOUL Office director.

The conference aims to gather professors, researchers, and students around the world for knowledge sharing, global research team-building, and research publishing.

University de Chile, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and the University of the Philippines also partnered with Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences for the conference.
