SU produces 2 chemists, 7 chemical technicians

Silliman University (SU) produced two chemists and seven chemical technicians who passed the October 2022 Chemist and Chemical Technician Licensure Examinations.

The Chemistry Department of SU College of Arts and Sciences made a list of SU graduates who passed the exams, based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission last October 25, 2022.

The Department produced two chemical technicians who are still 4th Year-level students completing the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry, with Certificate in Chemical Technology program, namely: Wilnan S. Duran and Gezel Shane A. Pajulas.

Students of the BS Chemistry program at SU receive the Certificate in Chemical Technology after completing two years of the program, which allows them to take the chemical technician licensure exam even before they graduate.
