SU produces 3 top-notchers, 10 agriculturists

Silliman University (SU) produced 10 licensed agriculturists who passed the November 2021 Agriculturist Licensure Examination (ALE), with three takers ranking 4th, 6th, and 7th in the list of top 10 examinees.

SU College of Agriculture graduates Jernet C. Lago, David Allen B. De Guzman, and Carl Vincent J. Ganir ranked 4th, 6th, and 7th, respectively. All three took up Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Major in Agronomy.

Dr. Jose Edwin C. Cubelo, College of Agriculture dean, said the College now has a total of six top-notchers since the ALE was established.

The results of the said exam were announced November 18, 2021 by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

SU garnered a passing rate of 66.67 percent. The national passing rate is 29.8 percent.
