SVCI Dipolog visits SU for a benchmarking activity

On July 23, 2025, faculty and administrators from St. Vincent’s College Inc. (SVCI) Dipolog, led by Rev. Fr. Nathaniele A. Denlaoso, SVCI president, visited Silliman University for a benchmarking activity.

The team benchmarked SU’s academic programs, including the College of Education’s Teacher Education Department, the College of Business Administration’s Business Management and Accountancy programs, and the College of Computer Studies’ Computer Studies program.

They also explored SU’s support services, including the Research program and initiatives under the Office of the Executive Director for Research, Publication, and Innovation (RPI); the Silliman University Library; and the Office of Student Services (OSS) and its Guidance and Testing Division.

The delegation included SVCI officials, deans, faculty, and research staff. They were Rev. Fr. Dembert O. Castillon, SVCI vice president; Dr. Joseph G. Refugio, SVCI College of Business Education dean; Rejay Villamor, CBE instructor; Aldrien Catipay, CBE instructor; Dr. Ronalyn Tañara, Arts, Sciences, and Teacher Education (ASTE) Department program head; Dr. Luthermie Manago, Hector Julius Soledad, Student Affairs dean; Dr. Sheila Dalumpines, Center for Research and Development director; Johndee Emmanuel Catane, SVCI Registrar’s Office clerk; Jeany Alabata, SHS Department faculty member; and Paul Mike Omandam, Quality Assurance.
