The Silliman University College of Nursing (SUCN) is opening its application process for the SY 2024-2025 beginning next week!
SUCN will be rolling out an online system detailing its complete guidelines and requirements on Monday, April 8, 2024.
For now, don’t miss out on these important reminders and dates:
- Submission of application requirements begins on April 8, 2024 until June 2, 2024.
- All shiftees must turn in their application requirements no later than June 16, 2024.
- The interview process begins on June 3, 2024 until June 28, 2024.
- SUCN will notify all accepted applicants to the program on July 2, 2024.
- Once accepted, applicants must immediately proceed with the enrollment process within the given period from July 15 to July 19, 2024. Failure to enroll within the said dates will forfeit the applicant’s slot.
Meanwhile. prospective nursing students must go through the screening process and submit all requirements through their online system. The initial list of requirements is as follows:
a. A Letter of Intent to enroll in the program, addressed to the SUCN Dean Dr. Theresa A. Guino-o
b. A certified true copy of applicant’s Senior High School card of Grades 11 and the first two quarters/First Semester of Grade 12 (STEAM/STEM TRACK). They should reflect a general average of 85% and above in Grade 11 and Grade 12. They should also reflect final grades of 80% and above in ALL subjects of Grade 11 and in the first two quarters of Grade 12.
c. An accomplished Information Checklist
d. An accomplished SUCN Admission Form
e. For Shiftees only: Aside from items a-d, an accomplished shifting form and attached grades with Cumulative QPA of at least 2.5 with no grade below 2.0
