The Silliman University (SU) Institute of Rehabilitative Sciences (IRS) is NOW ACCEPTING applicants for the First Semester, SY 2024-2025.

Note that the application process stays open until the IRS quota is met.

Below are the requirements for the screening process:

1. Application form
2. Grade 11 and 12 (first semester) report cards (college grades for shiftees, transferees)
3. NSO birth certificate
4. P300 testing and application fee
