Advisory on Typhoon Yolanda: No Classes, Work on Nov. 7-8
Silliman University is suspending classes across all levels tomorrow and Friday. This is to ensure the safety of all our students and personnel, and provide time for preparations for the approaching typhoon.
The University has also designated buildings on campus where students, personnel and their respective families can be accommodated for temporary shelter. Cots will be provided as are available. Water and other essential food items are also on standby as could be made available. Transportation arrangement to facilitate transfers of elderly and children is also in place per request on a first come, first served basis.
