16 New Licensed Civil Engineers for Silliman

Silliman University 16 new licensed civil engineers, based on the results of the 2013 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination released November 27.

The University garnered a passing rate of 61.54 per cent, higher than the national passing percentage of 48.11
