Godspeed, Graduates!
What you make of yourself following your graduation reflects two things: First, the competence and Christian values that you have gained while in Silliman; and, second, the intensity of your desire to let your life be a source of hope, care and love for the people around you.
Congratulations to the Class of 2015!
Today marks an accomplishment for you in the same way that it is for your families and teachers. Graduation is a culmination of years of hard work, perseverance and dedication. It opens up yet a whole new ballgame where the ultimate goal is to live a life of relevance and one best shared in service of others.
We in Silliman trust that you will grow to become individuals of competence, character and faith. May your Silliman education become an instrument to empower people, to make many rise above themselves and collectively pursue that which is right and just.
Godspeed!
