Education Secretary Luistro Speaks at 103rd Commencement Exercises

Br. Armin A. Luistro, FSC, Secretary of the Department of Education, is the Speaker of the 103rd Commencement Exercises on March 20, Sunday, at the Silliman University Gymnasium. 

The Secretary speaks to 1,094 college graduates, among whom 92 are receiving Latin honors: 15 magna cum laude and 77 cum laude. 

In the morning of the same day, Bishop Erme R. Camba, Bishop Emeritus of the United Church of Christ in the Philippines, delivers the sermon during the Baccalaureate Service at the Silliman University Church. 

Local cable television companies Fil-Products and Sky Cable are broadcasting live this year’s Commencement Exercises.
