Alumni Updates (July 25-31)
The human resource team of SYKES Asia, Inc., headed by site human resource manager Mae Blanco, visited the Placement Desk at the Office of Alumni and External Affairs recently to express interest to recruit Silliman graduates. SYKES Asia, Inc. is one of the leading providers of end-to-end customer care management solutions. Mae said a good number of Sillimanians are occupying high positions at SYKES.
SYKES is also exploring a tie-up with the School of Agro-Industrial and Technical Education (SAITE). One of the program offerings of SAITE is the certificate in Contact Center Services. Present during the same visit to the Alumni office was SAITE Director Dr. Chuchi S. Montenegro.
