Prof. Chuchi Montenegro, Chairperson of the Computer Science Department of the College of Computer Studies, discusses her paper, ?Probabilistic Speech Recognition for Tagalog Lecture Video,? to fellow participants in the Asian Conference on Education of the International Academic Forum held December 2 to 5 in Osaka, Japan. Earlier in September, Professor Montenegro was in Singapore as speaker on another topic, ?Identification to a Non-continuous Text Independent Speech,? during the 2010 International Conference on Management Technology and Applications.
