Hiring: one (1) Enterprise Development Head
Job Purpose:
The Head of the Enterprise Development will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for Enterprise Development and Services Management who is able to develop, execute, manage and drive measurable results and implement innovative and effective approach that prioritizes growth and efficient utilization of University resources that can boost revenue for the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Business Development Strategies:

- Create and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with the University’s goals.
- Identify key areas for growth and devise strategies to penetrate new markets, and explore partnerships and collaborations to expand the University’s reach.
- Identify and assess opportunities for business development, partnerships, and sustainable projects that align with the university’s vision, mission and goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with University goals and values.
- Integrate environmental sustainability practices into external affairs initiatives, reflecting the institution’s commitment to the well-being of the environment.
- Identifying and Prospecting Opportunities.

- Actively seek out potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify target markets to pursue.
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Engage in strategic networking, attend industry events, and leverage their connections to expand the company’s client base.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the organization. They develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Collaborate with various internal departments within the University to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams/units to leverage resources and optimize the overall enterprise development process.
Competencies, Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Enterprise Development Skills
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering strategic enterprise development
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Highly Customer Service, marketing and/or sales-oriented Executive
- Demonstrate a strong character in problems solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent business communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- At least 5-years relevant experience in the same or similar role
- A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge in relevant laws
