The Silliman University (SU) Office of Student Services (OSS) – Guidance and Testing Division (GTD) is hiring three (3) full-time career advocates.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • or at least 18 units in Guidance/Counseling or Psychology
  • preferably with a minimum of 200 hours supervised practicum/internship

Responsibilities:

  • Act as frontline support in colleges/units
  • Handle career development, career mentoring, and student engagement activities
  • Organize workshops, orientations, and testing services
  • Identify students needing counseling and refer them to Guidance Counselors
  • Collaborate with Guidance Counselors to implement guidance programs
