SUHS Class ‘77 USA donates KN 95 face masks
The need to support our frontliners continues and this time the Silliman University High School Class of 1977 USA has responded by their donation of KN 95 face masks to the Silliman University Medical Center (SUMC). The simple turnover ceremony was held at SUMC last September 29, 2020 with Atty. Mikhail Lee Maxino, Mrs. Ana Patrice Ceniza-Montebon and Dr. Susan Ozoa-Denura, representing SUHS Class of 1977 USA. The donation was formally turnover by Mr. Ruben N. Bokingo, SU Director for Alumni and External Affairs and was received with appreciation by Ms. Felisa B. Paalan, SUMC Director for Nursing Services. Also present during the turnover was Mr. Roberto D. Montebon, President/Administrator of the Silliman University Medical Center Foundation Inc., (SUMCFI).
Montebon would like to thank SUHS Class of 1977 USA for helping in the campaign to gather more protective gear for our SUMC frontliners against Covid 19. Deep appreciation goes to Noli and Natalie Fortugaleza, Richard and Jackie Kempis, Jaime and Circe Fernandez, Sal and Cecille Valoria, Reo and Ingrid Vasquez and Beth Maghanoy-Razvan who have contributed to make this donation possible.
SUHS Class of 1977 USA has also designated additional face masks for Nabilog Community Primary Hospital in Tambulan, Tayasan, Negros Oriental.
