Alumni Updates December 9 – 15, 2019

Silliman Alumni based in Metro Manila and Southern Tagalog gathered for a Christmas Party Celebration with Silliman University President, Dr. Betty Cernol McCann as guest of honor, last December 7, 2019, at the Elks Club of Manila, Corinthian Plaza, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Dr. McCann had the opportunity to share with the group the latest board exams ratings, partnerships, new academic programs, faculty development, and environmental thrusts and directions the University is taking. Also present during the gathering were: former Trustee Roselyn Griño-Delloso, Outstanding Sillimanian Awardee (OSA) Edna Callejas-Mijares, Trustee Fenina T. Rodriguez, OSA Dr. Mariano C. Lao, SAAI president and OSA, Jenny Lind Aldecoa-Delorino, OSA Gonzalo O. Catan Jr., Sillimanians In Southern Tagalog (SINTA) alumni chapter president, Luna Marie Tizon-Molina, Sillimanians In Metro Manila (SIMM) chapter president Gerry D. Tan, SIMM immediate past president Ed Dames, SAAI Director Emma Ray A. Panaguiton and Silliman University Alumni and External Affairs Director, Ruben N. Bokingo among others.
