Sillimanian designer to hold exhibition. Silliman alumna Maria Antonietta “Ann” Tiukinhoy – Pamintuan (BBA Management ’73), a multi-awarded sculptor and designer of furniture, home accessories, and jewelry, will feature her artistic creations during the Manila Fame 2019 show slated April 25 – 27 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, Philippines.

Manila Fame’s April 2019 edition will be a celebration of the rich history of the Filipino craftspersons featured in its past editions. Iconic pieces from its 30-year collection will be infused with today’s design trends. The show will highlight the best of Manila FAME products featured over the years.

Ann Pamintuan is widely known and admired for her works in metal. Her collaborative project with Bataan’s capiz-making communities shows that she is equally accomplished at handling a more fragile material. Pamintuan’s capiz lamps are presented in different finishes and variations in design, highlighting the flexibility of the material.
