Call for Applications: Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship for Graduate Studies in ICU (Starting September 2024)
The Silliman University (SU) Student Scholarship and Aid Division is inviting applications for the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarship, a full scholarship for graduate studies (master’s or doctoral course) at the International Christian University (ICU) in Tokyo, Japan starting September 2024.
SU, a partner university of ICU, can nominate one eligible student for the 2024 scholarship.

Applicants are required to fill out these three (3) documents:
(1) ICU Graduate School Entry Form (Download Here),
(2) Application Form (Download Here), and
(3) Field of Study and Research Plan (Download Here).
Application Deadline (in Japan time UTC+9):
- Send the “ICU GS Entry Form” via E-mail prior to application by Monday, December 11, 2023
- Send the scanned copies of all documents via E-mail by Monday, December 11, 2023
- Send the original documents by registered express mail by Wednesday, December 20, 2023
